ISEET will Replace IIT JEE and AIEEE
ISEET 2013 – Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test (ISEET)
The ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), is set up his mind to replace two top all india level entrance exam of engineering i.e IIT-JEE and AIEEE with ISEET 2013
Admission to the undergraduate programmes (B.Tech.) at IITs and NITs for the year 2013 will be now made through an All India common Admission Test called as (ISEET) Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test
Schedule of ISEET 2013
The ISEET examination is expected to be held in the month of either march or April 2013.
Type of Examination in ISEET
The question paper will be of objective type and will consist of comprehension, critical thinking and logical reasoning type problems and ability of solving basic science subject problems.
ISEET will consist of two exam paper namely
1) Main
2) Advance
Time duration of each paper will be of 3 hours. Both main and advance paper will be held on the same day, between 10 am and 5 pm (IST).

The ISEET exam plays as a gateway for all 15 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), 30 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), four Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), five Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) and few deemed universities.Fresh of the current news this exam will be conducted by CBSE board and handled by IIT.Number of aspirants expected to given ISEET exam will approximate around upto 12 lakh.
